What size wedding dresses do you stock?
We stock a range of sizes usually from a size 8 to a size 20. Designer wedding dresses often come up small so the size that fits you may be larger than your normal dress size. Some gowns will fit a size smaller or larger than the label size if it has a corset style bodice.
 
Have the wedding dresses been worn before?
No, just tried on as they were previously samples in bridal boutiques or possibly cancelled orders. The condition for each wedding dress is listed in their description. Please be aware that as all our wedding dresses have been pre-owned they may have some minor imperfections eg. missing or loose beading, pulls in the fabric, etc however these can often be repaired by a good seamstress.
 
The condition of each dress is described as
 
New – New and unworn, often with tags still attached
 
Sample – an ex-sample gown from a bridal boutique

Do I need an appointment to come and try the wedding dresses on?
Yes, viewings are by appointment only so please ring or email me to arrange a time.

Can I bring friends and family with me to my appointment?
Of course, please just let us know if you intend to bring more than 2 guests.

Can I wear make-up to my appointment?
No, please do not wear make-up or fake tan when coming to try on the wedding dresses so we can keep them in the best possible condition.
 
How can I pay for my wedding dress?
We accept payment by credit card, debit card, cash and bank transfer.  Please note that payment must be made in full and cleared before you can take your wedding dress away.

If I buy a wedding dress from you will it need cleaning?
No, all our wedding dresses will have been dry cleaned by specialist cleaners if required. Some dresses may need steaming just before your wedding day to look their absolute best.

Do you do alterations?
I can recommend a very experienced, local seamstresses who will be able to do any alterations that you require.
 
Do you accept returns? 
All gowns are sold as seen and we advise that you check the gown over fully before making your purchase. Any imperfections that we are aware of will be pointed out to you at your appointment. As a result we cannot accept returns and do not provide refunds.
